Unless there are exceptions, the User may have the right to withdraw from the Contract within the term specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification. The User can find further information on the right of withdrawal in this section.

In order to return the product, you must contact customer service servizioclienti@iocomprosiciliano.com communicating unequivocally your intention to withdraw from the contract, clearly indicating the details, the order number, the items returned and the reasons for the return.

To this end, the User can use the standard withdrawal form found in the definitions section of this document.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the return authorization confirmation and the procedure.

Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return; together with the authorization iocomprosiciliano.com will send the User all the information necessary to proceed with the shipment (recipient, address, …).

The costs for this shipment will be borne by the User who can choose the courier he prefers, sending the products safely with the necessary guarantees so that they arrive in perfect condition

Following confirmation by the Seller of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days. If the product is found to be damaged, the User will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

The refund is made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed with the payment on delivery method, the User’s bank details will be requested to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.

The Owner reimburses all payments received including, if made, those relating to delivery costs to Users who have correctly exercised the right of withdrawal.

However, the higher cost resulting from the choice of a particular delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Owner, will be borne by the User.

If it is necessary to reimburse the delivery costs with reference to Multiple Orders, iocomprosiciliano.com will reimburse the entire cost of delivery costs only in the case of withdrawal or termination, which concern all the Products referred to in the Multiple Order. . In the event that the withdrawal or termination concerns only some Products of the Multiple Order, the refund will be made in proportion to the delivery cost of each Product. In any case, the amount of the delivery costs to be returned will never exceed that actually paid by the user.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable for Products specifically created to measure or for which the User has requested further customizations and for Products that comply with the perishable request. It is not applicable even for Products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The return will not take place under any circumstances if the products supplied have clearly been used. The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, possibly in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with any accessories.

The return shipping costs are charged to the User.
