Artichoke and Sardine Flan




Ingredients for 6 peolpe:
- 850 gr of Sardines
- 6 well cleaned antichokes
- 1 lemon
- 3 onions
- 100 gr Bread Crumbs
- 150 gr Grated Percorino
- 1 bunch of Parsley
- 2 dl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper To Taste

- 250 gr of durum wheat semolina
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 dl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 bunch of Wild Fennel
