Artichoke and Sardine Flan

Ingredients for 6 peolpe:

  • 850 gr of Sardines
  • 6 well cleaned antichokes
  • 1  lemon
  • 3 onions
  • 100 gr Bread Crumbs
  • 150 gr Grated Percorino
  • 1  bunch of Parsley
  • 2 dl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Frascatula with Fennel

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 l of water
  • 250 gr of durum wheat semolina
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 2 dl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch of Wild Fennel
  • Salt To Taste
