Pasta ‘ncaciata alla Messinese

Ingredients for 6 pople:

  • 500 g of pasta penne or half sleeves
  •  3 slicd and fried eggplant
  • 1,5 dl  of tomato sauce
  • 500 g ground beef
  •  2 medium onions
  • abundant basil
  •  150 g of cubed tuma
  •  100 g of sliced Milano Salami
  •  2 hard-bolied eggs
  • 150 g  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 dl  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  salt, chili

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kg. of soaked stockfish
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 500 gr of tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 gr of green olives
  • 15 gr of noose
  • 10 gr of pine nuts
  • 15 gr of rainins
  • 1 heart of celery
  • 1 carrot 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 dl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
